About This Privacy Policy and Using Our Websites, Applications and Utilities

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to websites owned and managed by Bizzflo and to Bizzflo mobile applications and other applications, utilities, and services provided by Bizzflo.

Bizzflo, Inc. ("Bizzflo," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to respecting the privacy of our customers, visitors, and users of Bizzflo applications and services ("Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information in connection with our Services.

Your use of the Bizzflo Website and Services is governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Some Bizzflo functionality may be used without registration. Other tools and services require registration and may require users to provide personal information. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information so that Bizzflo can provide the requested Services and communicate with them when necessary.

This Privacy Policy applies to Bizzflo Services and does not apply to independent third-party websites or services that may be accessible through Bizzflo. Those third parties may maintain their own privacy and data-handling practices.

Mobile Device Applications

When users install or access a Bizzflo mobile application, Bizzflo may collect technical information necessary to operate the application, such as application installation identifiers, device type, operating system, and application usage information.

Such information may be used to operate the application, maintain sessions, provide requested functionality, diagnose technical issues, and improve the reliability and usability of Bizzflo Services.

Personal information associated with a Bizzflo account is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Google Calendar Integration and Google User Data

Bizzflo provides an optional Google Calendar integration that allows authorized users, including business providers and their staff, to synchronize their Bizzflo work schedules with Google Calendar.

Google Calendar access occurs only when a user chooses to connect their Google Account to Bizzflo and explicitly grants the requested permissions through Google's OAuth authorization process.

Google User Data Accessed by Bizzflo

When a user enables the Google Calendar integration, Bizzflo may access the following Google user data:

Google Calendar List Information

Bizzflo accesses information about calendars available to the authenticated user so that calendars available for synchronization can be identified.

This access is limited to calendar-list information necessary to provide the integration.

Google Calendar Event Data

Bizzflo accesses Google Calendar events and information associated with those events as necessary to provide calendar synchronization.

This information may include:

• Event titles and descriptions;
• Event dates;
• Start and end times;
• Event status;
• Calendar identifiers;
• Event identifiers;
• Availability and blocked-time information; and
• Other event information necessary to synchronize schedules and appointments.

How Bizzflo Uses Google Calendar Data

Bizzflo uses Google Calendar data solely to provide user-facing scheduling, calendar, and synchronization functionality.

This includes:

• Synchronizing Bizzflo appointments with Google Calendar;
• Synchronizing classes and scheduled activities;
• Synchronizing staff schedules;
• Synchronizing blocked or unavailable time;
• Creating Google Calendar events when applicable;
• Reading Google Calendar events required for synchronization;
• Updating calendar events when appointments or schedules change;
• Deleting or cancelling calendar events when corresponding appointments are cancelled or removed;
• Detecting applicable schedule changes made directly in Google Calendar;
• Reflecting applicable Google Calendar changes within Bizzflo;
• Determining staff availability; and
• Preventing scheduling conflicts and double bookings.

Bizzflo does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, marketing, or user profiling and does not sell Google user data.

For clarity, advertising, analytics, personalization, and marketing practices described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy do not use Google Workspace API user data obtained through the Google Calendar integration.

Google OAuth Authorization and Revocation

Bizzflo accesses Google Calendar data only after the user explicitly authorizes access through Google's OAuth authorization process.

Users may revoke Bizzflo's access to their Google Account through their Google Account permissions.

Where supported, users may also disconnect their Google Calendar integration through Bizzflo.

After authorization is revoked or the integration is disconnected, Bizzflo will no longer obtain new Google Calendar data through that authorization unless the user reconnects and authorizes the integration again.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Bizzflo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace Data and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

Bizzflo does not use Google Workspace API user data, including Google Calendar data, to develop, improve, train, or fine-tune generalized or foundational artificial intelligence ("AI") or machine learning ("ML") models.

Google Workspace API user data accessed by Bizzflo is used solely to provide the user-facing Google Calendar integration and related scheduling and synchronization functionality described in this Privacy Policy.

Bizzflo does not transfer, disclose, or provide Google Workspace API user data, including Google Calendar data, to third-party AI/ML service providers for AI/ML processing, model training, model improvement, or other AI/ML purposes.

Bizzflo's AI/ML functionality is isolated from its Google Calendar integration. Google Workspace API user data obtained through Google APIs is not provided as input to Bizzflo's AI/ML features.

These restrictions apply to raw Google Workspace API user data as well as aggregated, anonymized, or derived data originating from Google Workspace APIs.

Bizzflo does not use, transfer, or sell Google Workspace API user data for:

• Training generalized or foundational AI/ML models;
• Improving generalized or foundational AI/ML models;
• Advertising;
• Marketing;
• User profiling; or
• Other purposes unrelated to the user-facing Google Calendar integration.

Bizzflo does not permit third-party AI/ML providers to use Google Workspace API user data obtained through Bizzflo to train or improve their generalized AI/ML models.

Bizzflo requires its employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and other parties that may have access to Google Workspace API user data to comply with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

Interactive Tools

Bizzflo provides interactive tools and services that may allow users to search for providers, schedule appointments, register for classes, manage schedules, communicate with businesses, and perform other activities.

Users may voluntarily provide personal information when using these tools.

Information collected through interactive tools is used to provide the requested functionality and related Bizzflo Services.

Installed Tools and Applications

Certain Bizzflo Services may require users to install or access software or applications.

Such tools may collect and transmit technical information necessary to provide their specific functionality, including alerts, notifications, scheduling functionality, and other requested services.

Information collected through these tools is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by websites on a user's browser or device.

Bizzflo may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain user sessions;
• Facilitate login;
• Remember user preferences;
• Understand how users interact with Bizzflo;
• Measure website and application usage;
• Improve Bizzflo Services;
• Deliver relevant content; and
• Support permitted analytics and marketing activities.

Users may configure their browsers to reject or restrict cookies. Certain Bizzflo functionality may not operate correctly if cookies are disabled.

Google Workspace API user data obtained through Bizzflo's Google Calendar integration is not used for advertising or marketing through cookies or similar technologies.

Web Beacons and Similar Technologies

Bizzflo may use web beacons, pixels, or similar technologies to understand how users interact with websites, applications, emails, and other communications.

These technologies may help Bizzflo measure usage, email engagement, and the effectiveness of communications.

Google Workspace API user data obtained through Google APIs is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling through web beacons or similar technologies.

Third-Party Analytics

Bizzflo may use third-party analytics services to understand how users interact with Bizzflo websites and applications.

Analytics information may include page views, clicks, navigation activity, browser information, device information, and other usage information.

Bizzflo uses analytics information to identify usability issues, understand application usage, improve the user experience, and maintain Bizzflo Services.

Google Workspace API user data obtained through the Google Calendar integration is not provided to third-party analytics or advertising services for advertising, profiling, or generalized AI/ML model training.

Storage and Retention

Bizzflo stores information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide its Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, enforce agreements, and fulfill legitimate business requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

Users may contact Bizzflo regarding requests to access, modify, or delete personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Google Workspace API user data is retained only as necessary to provide and maintain the Google Calendar integration and related scheduling functionality, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, and operational requirements.

Children's Privacy

Bizzflo Services are not directed to children under the age of 13.

Bizzflo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.

If Bizzflo becomes aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected improperly, Bizzflo will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

How We Use Information

Bizzflo may use information collected through its Services to:

• Provide and operate Bizzflo Services;
• Manage user accounts;
• Process appointments and registrations;
• Manage schedules and availability;
• Send appointment reminders and service communications;
• Provide interactive tools;
• Respond to customer support requests;
• Maintain application security;
• Diagnose technical issues;
• Improve application usability and functionality;
• Comply with applicable legal requirements; and

Where Bizzflo conducts permitted marketing or personalization activities, Google Workspace API user data obtained through Google APIs is excluded from those activities.

Sharing of Information

Bizzflo may share information with service providers and business partners when necessary to operate Bizzflo Services, including providers performing hosting, infrastructure, billing, data storage, security, communications, and other operational services.

Such service providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to perform their services for Bizzflo and are subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and contractual requirements.

Bizzflo may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or legal process;
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Bizzflo, our users, or others;
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• Enforce our Terms and Conditions; or
• Facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of Bizzflo's business, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Bizzflo does not sell personal information to third parties for their promotional purposes.

Google Workspace API user data is not sold and is not shared with third-party advertising services.

Google Workspace API user data is not transferred to third-party AI/ML providers for AI/ML processing, generalized model development, model training, or model improvement.

User Choices and Control

Users may choose not to provide certain personal information. However, doing so may prevent access to functionality that requires that information.

Registered users may access and modify certain account information through their Bizzflo account.

Users who have connected Google Calendar may revoke Bizzflo's Google Account authorization through their Google Account settings or disconnect the integration through Bizzflo where that functionality is available.

Users may contact Bizzflo regarding access, correction, or deletion requests using the contact information provided below.

Public Information

Bizzflo may provide features that allow users to voluntarily post or disclose information in areas intended to be publicly accessible.

Users should exercise caution when disclosing personal information through public areas because information intentionally made public may be viewed by others.

Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information

Bizzflo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Bizzflo uses secure transmission technologies, such as SSL/TLS, where appropriate.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Bizzflo cannot guarantee absolute security.

Bizzflo may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect Bizzflo, its users, or others.

If Bizzflo becomes aware of an unauthorized disclosure requiring notification under applicable law, Bizzflo will take appropriate steps consistent with its legal obligations.

Data Access, Correction and Deletion

Registered users may modify certain personal information through their Bizzflo account.

Users may also contact Bizzflo to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, backup, and operational requirements.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, required to resolve disputes, or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Bizzflo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technologies, business practices, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

Continued use of Bizzflo Services following an update is subject to the then-current Privacy Policy.
